I’m a 30-something woman who wanted desperately lose the last 10 pounds. Nine years ago, I lost 30lbs on my own through eating right and exercice. I knew I could do it again by adopting healthy eating habits and a regular exercise routine. The goal of this blog was to document my weight loss journey. It began at the end of December 2008 and as of May 2009, I’ve lost a total of 23 lbs! Now that I’ve achieved my goal, I blog weekly about my struggles and accomplishments in keeping it off/possibly losing more. If I can do it, anyone can!
