Starting this September, I’ll not only be going back to work after a well-deserved summer break, but I’m going to amp up my workouts. I’m going to continue with boxing and I will also be teaching boxercise once a week. On top of that, I joined dance again after a lengthy absence due to splitting my knee open NYE 2009. I decided to take a lyrical class instead of advance hip hop. In addition to this class, I will be taking a technique class which involves a lot of stretching. This class should help increase my flexibility. I will also be involved in teaching dance at school too. Hopefully this busy workout schedule will help me lose a few more pounds!
